if you watch european basketball you would have been used to it ;) And when i saw some transfer, or the work in the summer for the puerto Ricuan PO many EU professional do it is the same in other continents.
In germany we have a longer "no transfer" period before the PO, and can "just" add 6 new player after the season start to fight it. And luckily the times are done, where many teams change 90% of there roster ebtwen season.(even when my favorite team just keep four pros this season, but at least they didn't need so much new player during the running season through luck with injuries and lucky or good scouting).
And i have really trouble to understand, why less transfer make other tactics more attractive?
