Are you planning to make the TL more accessible, and hence the game more fair, and not related upon the extra time and its flexibleness that some of the users have.
Do you plan limiting the affect of the TL on the performance of teams on the field? Making it less about being an agent, and more about being a manager?
Currently those who have more spare time can get much better deals at the TLs.
Do you plan making something like "semi-automatic auction system" that will allow all users to put starting price and maximum price, and after that automatic part ends, any live auction could be set?
In addition, do you plan to limit the values that one can get on a TL deal, upon estimated player value.
Meaning - currently one can try and get much more on a player than that's player worth.
This can happen here due to the less experienced users.
On the real world, the value on those kind of deals it is limited to a very narrow area.
This makes the game (once again) more about TL and less about any other aspect of this great game.
