The irony of you writing this statement is off the charts.

I see in there something about make a run for NT next season
We'll see how this season goes... if I somehow secure HCA for Americas, I'm keeping this

At least I'll have an actual depth chart for whoever takes the NT next season =P

New unofficial NT Trivia:
1) How many total votes will the U21 election have?
2) How many votes will the winner get?
3) How many votes will the winner win by?

So, my contribution to make this seem like a legit debate thread:
- What will the future U21 coach do in order to get the quality of guards up for future U21 squads?
- How will the U21 coach ensure that this is transitioned (for potential NT qualifying players) to the NT coach once the player is past age 21?

Not quite sure how to take that, but thanks...I think!

Well if zmtomako runs again, then there will be two capable managers and the debate thread could actually be useful as opposed to... this.

Well clearly you should write one then. It is very obvious that al you have is time and I demand every second of it be commited to BB :P

It basically is beanz.. it basically is.

Well having scouts for each age group will provide managers with guard trainees with an aid, which will benefit ALL positions. Also, I saw a training plan in the Australian forums that has turned up some great results and that I loved. I have already suggested it to many many people.

How will the U21 coach ensure that this is transitioned (for potential NT qualifying players) to the NT coach once the player is past age 21?

Keeping in contact with the managers and encouraging them to train for the NT and to contact the SNT manager is about all I can see doing.
