you won't have attendance, but your last attendance income will be part of the whole calculation. and as long as you stay out of debt you won't have to pay the tax.

The income / expenses that are involved are the ones you will see in the Baseline Weekly Economy in the MMT page. So yes, this excludes transfer proceeds, cup income, etc. These cashflows are relatively uncertain so when trying to run a sustainable franchise I believe its a better idea to see these as extra income. Btw, also logistically it would be a mess include tax on win expectations for cup matches later the week and it would miss its purpose since including it would mean teams in lets say the quarter finals would suddenly be able to pay $100.000,- more salary than teams who are not. This would create nasty imbalances, of course.

- If I trained a player from 5k to 80k, sold him, bought him back seasons later: will he count to my training exemption?

You will not get a training exemption from it, the starting moment for the training exemption is when you buy it for the 2nd time.

- If I trained a player from 5k to 80k, keep him till he's 33. He's got some skilldrops. At 34 his salary is 60k: what will count as my training exemption?

60k.

Cheap NT players were the ones who were inefficient for their salary. They cost up to 200k, and now they will cost up to 50k. No big deal since they are affordable in both cases. Don't forget those players will need at least two weeks after they were bought to gain Proficient Stamina.

Good NT players though will always be expensive, even if they have high salary, because they will be sought after by managers from same country. Merchandise boost is not that small for 200k+ players.

There could be one small hiccup... caused by how sporadic the arena revenue is. :\ Lose a few "important games"... Revenue goes way down.. Tax goes way up.. Unless you've got cash stored...

Concerning the luxury tax:

I buy a player in the last week of the season, and his salary is 15 000 $, for example. But he has increased his skills with the training during the season, and his real salary is 45 000 $ when I buy him.

Does the luxury tax take the real salary (45 000 $) or the salary in the file player (15 000 $)?

Is GDP success or failure shown in team ratings or PP100?

I mean, I get respectable (low) in both OD and ID and lost the prediction. Does it take it into account to show the respectable (low) or not?

As I understood, in tax calculations BB always uses players' salaries at the moment you bought them.
I relegated to D.II and have 620k roster, so I should pay a lot...but I have 320k of training exemption, so I don't pay any tax.

If I didn't train those players, but buy them for same salary as they have today, I'd be in tax hell. Btw, I had the same case as you - I bought Janys 5-6 weeks ago when he had 70k salary, and now he has 126. This difference is added in training exemption, so it confirms my answer.
