what i meant is,

since those players who didnt get to play in the playoffs get to reap this benefit if they decide to expand their arena. since no more games, unless scrimmage attracts a lot of fans to watch since its free. also only given one chance so they better plan hard. lets say instead of 11 days normal they get 50% or 60% off THE TIME NOW TO GET IT DONE.

on the other hand, those eliminated in the playoffs if they decide to expand arena they also get to benefit a bit faster but not the same as those who didnt qualify for the playoffs. while here also only one chance but gets 33% off the time needed to finish the project.

while those who get to ride the whole season and end it after the finals somewhat experience a fast or 25% off the time frame needed.

this is not when there are still games played on a normal basis excluding scrimmage, since the reason why our construction projects get delayed is due to the ( i think ) " unsaid rule " that they wouldnt want it done just before a game or right when there is a game. since its the offseason nothing bothers the construction work, players, fans etc arent thinking much of basketball except the management. so nobody comes to the arena to see.

I still find it unnecessary and completely illogical. Upgrading your arena doesn't hurt its functionality at all. Sure, having it ready before a home game is good planning, but it's absolutely not necessary and doesn't hurt teams in any way.

Plus, the bonus this feature provides will in no way be limited to clubs that got knocked out of the playoffs (unless it is specifically hard coded to be this way).

My take? If it's not broken, don't try to fix it. And arena construction is definitely not broken in this particular way.

i dont know why you just felt like suddenly on a tounge lashing like a wild cowboy just shooting.

im just suggesting here, if you dont like it just say it nicely.

im not forcing the issue here so say it nicely because i felt you think my suggestion is absurd.

i just gave a suggestion and i explained if its not something not applicable then be it!

all im saying since we have this offseason holiday why not speed up to the construction project, because usually when it says 11 or 10 days it usually ends up being 15 or 20 days. thats all im saying, the set up doesnt need to change if the season is going. thats it!

if you dont like it then let it be like a vapor just disappear in mid air.

peace!

I apologize if it came across as being offensive. It wasn't meant to be.
