Insist on his Outside Def. If he goes up to proficient in OD then you 'll get many money to spend on local trainees.

I would train him as a point guard that can still shoot a little bit from outside. Reason being that a good shooting guard should have decent inside shot and this player doesn't.

Yeah thats what I thought. Problem is I am training one position, and the other two guys are clear SG... so its going to be a small problem.

Well he is still a long way of being fully developed so it doesn't matter for now. Outside Defence is still the number 1 priority. Then make passing and jump shot your second priority with outside shooting and one on one training being your 4rd priority.

I realise you are also training 2 clear shooting guards, but I am sure a bit of passing training won't hurt them.

If you play Inside both Guards need Inside Shot. I think he should train him as a SG because he already has strong JR
