8 or 9 players seems like a normal rotation to me. Good excuses though to be below average in a D4 league.

Here is my top 5 reasons why Ronald "Dick" Trickle will be better on the U21 team and in the future:

1. He is already ahead of Rainey.

2. He has higher potential than Rainey.

3. He has a better BB manager than Rainey.

4. He will be in better game shape than Rainey.

5. His BB manager's nickname isn't "yungbeast" (lol, no offense intended I just find it to be a bit juvenile)

I come to these conclusions by seeing posts and researching a bit. Rainey has AVERAGE GS. AVERAGE! For someone who said they are "throwing the season, and all I care about is the minutes" to play their best player out of GS seems funny to me. Nobody with Average GS will start on U21's roster. If you are throwing the season then why play Rainey so much? Seems like if yungbeast has had a squad since season 9 he should know how to manage game shape better and it seems like he should have put together a much better roster around Rainey so that he doesn't have to play so much. Trickle has Proficient GS and his team is undefeated in a much tougher league. Own3d has had a squad for a shorter time too. Better management equals better players and more equipped players for the U21 squad.

So maybe it's not only about how good the players are (Trickle is clearly better right now), but also about how good the people who manage them are....and it's hard to argue against Own3d being a better manager than yungbeast this point in time.

I doubt it is his intention but by playing a guard more minutes in his younger years when the GS does not affect a NT increases his experience slightly faster. I tried to keep Lundy in high minutes last year when not on an NT.

Agree with FC. Furthermore, I don't necessarily agree that better management = better players.

Just one question, what is Chucks experience at right now anyways? My guy isn't playing as much as he could be and is currently at awful.

Wow Yung...no one said Rainey sucks...I am a bit jealous of him tbh, my player Barrow is still a few years away from U21 and he's no surefire starter like your guy.

I started this thread just to draw attention to 2 awesome players, not to tear your guy down I happen to like Trickle better, but that's only because my friend owns him. Would be a real shame if you quit over a few insults...stick with it and next season will be exciting to watch them dominate together on the U21 team!!

Also, Rainey's Gameshape now doesn't matter at all and it doesn't make you a lesser manager if you don't keep it up...in fact, it might be smarter to get him tons of minutes now to pump his experience and give him another advantage over opponents' guards.

Rainey is almost capped.

The cap on PAS potential might be higher than you are thinking.

Take a look at Gipson to get an idea of where the cap is for PAS potential guards (6626332)

Rambo could tell you better, but I think he was trained at least into his 22nd year.

Shaq,

If people are sending you messages that are insulting or inflammatory just report it. If it is happening in the forums you are to an extent opening yourself up to it by opening up your training and team management to the community although it is a little surprising that it has been THAT negative.

The important thing, however, is you have the support of people who know what they are talking about and have proven it in the USA community and on the USA team (myself, FC, Harper and to a lesser extent BFiddy...). Keep doing your thing man and let the haters waste all their energy.
