It isn't like you buy supporter and you don't get anything. You get private leagues, no ads, training pops are recorded via graph, team logos and banners, trophys, and lots more. All of these things will make you enjoy the game more. And the private leagues are a great part of the supporter package.

It's like a commercial business. I can't imagine they finance it from their money earned somewhere else, at least they have to earn enough money so that they cover the costs.
And I'm sorry, but you seem to be blind as you haven't seen supporter star behind my nickname, my current supporter is prepaid until next summer.
I was writting about general feeling and thinking of many managers. It's very rare that someone is ready to pay for breakdown service. And it's worldwide game, for someone is 40$ almost nothing, for someone at different part of the Europe/World it's quite huge amount of money. There is some base of supporters, but I can imagine many of them will not pay supporter after the current one is over if the servise isn't better.
We can only wish good luck in finding new staff and hope for better service in very near future.

in my league, games were played on time and i was able to see it live, i also can access the box score, and the income revenue was creditted to me... The only thing that went wrong is that up till now the league hasnt updated, still stuck..

Everyone reading this, just be prepared, make the best effort on your side. Have a line-up ready as soon as possible, update your default every now and then -- and do it in case you make the best-of-three finals to avoid hassle with the tiebreaker.
