Wait, when you commit almost as many fouls as made baskets you normally don't win on the road?


LOL, yeah, not usually a good recipe for winning....My team does draw a lot of fouls pretty much every game, but that was a weird game in several ways. Your team pretty much dominated until the last 4 minutes...I feel very fortunate to have escaped with a win...closing the game on a 12-0 run, 16-2 overall is not something that can usually be counted on happening...Not very happy to have a game that close at home...but a win is a win I guess?

At least we both made it through the game healthy...

Well this week did not work out well. Whoops.

In weird news, my 34 year old dropped in a skill last week, but popped in two skills this week (Free Throws and Jump Shot). Seems so odd.

I just checked out Funky Town Fire's arena revenues for the year and it seems crazy to me. I appreciate that they won the title last year, but if my team was 0-13 and only had one good player, I'd be looking forward to the baseball season. They have the highest average arena receipts in the league !!

The arena is big and the prices are well set ... I just can't imagine so many people going out to watch a winless team. That said, nice job by the manager maximizing revenues.

Oh, I have 3 starters in the ASG! How is that possible considering the many NT players we have in this league? I like my Watkins but he is no McCullough. These voting just don't seem to make sense.

We (Phoenix) campaigned really hard to host the all-star event, and we were even willing to offer free burritos to every fan who comes to the event at Ajo Als Arena, but apparently it wasn't enough.

David Stern was aware of our policy during our host city's presentation to the league. He seemed adamant to keep the game on Wednesday when we offered to flip-flop the cup games with the all star game to accommodate TF's rabid salt and butter loving fan base. But what can I say, Stern was all "ain't nobody got time for that"
