Was thinking that order the "Users Online" (When you go Your Country -> Users Online) is something that could give us an hand. Like ordering by League or by username. It has tons of usability

I love the rivalry feature between teams... how about a "Top Rivals" that shows the 5 teams you've played the most games against and details them? This could be a feature that doesn't kick in until a team has played 4 or 5 seasons otherwise it would be a little silly.

A 2nd site where the goal is to train up talent for this game I think could have potential.

Or just an introductory stage, where new managers get a number of training weeks they can use immediately, forming their own franchise player. Before they get their team, so it does not affect anything else than that player.

This could reflect his youth years before entering BB.

His starting skills should be randomized at a lower level (perhaps levels between 1-4, with a set number of skill points, and training could get it to around (+/-) the amount a franchise player is now). It would allow new managers to form their player (and get emotionally attached to the game *twirls mustache*).

How about making the top draft picks based on a lottery? So the 8 teams that don't make the playoffs will all have a chance at getting the 1st pick. This would be a measure against tanking, and could hopefully make 'fan boycot' useless.
