Doesn't really matter what order u do things people have their own strategies. Some people might want to concentrate on secondaries early to get them out of the way while other might wait till they are 21 and older. There is no one correct answer to training thats the beauty of the game.

Oh I get that there is more ways to do it. That is just one of the method, and one I'll probably use for my club.

Haha yeah a bit harsh going bald that young ;) I guess all BB players are stuck with their looks, some appear young and stay that way forever, some 18yr olds look like they are 40! But we digress..

Depends. If you're still in the Playoffs by then, train one of his main skills on a position where he can still help you. If not, you can either train his Stamina, Free Throws, or perhaps Passing for Guards, with him playing a Scrimmage as a PG.

For a PF, I'd spend more than one season on secondaries between years 18-20. Maybe it's not the best U21 strategy, but it's the best for creating a unique and valuable player who helps your team. If your player is tall, it's easier to train primaries at 22+ than it is to train secondaries. I think I'd actually argue that you should spend at least 60% of the time training secondaries in a PF's first four years, depending on his initial build, height, and potential of course.
