I agree, but usually a person that complains about how bad something is but continues to do it usually is just somebody that complains about everything in their life no matter what., ie a miserable person in general

Yes I can back this guy up. Manon speaks the truth.

There are a lot of expensive centers our there because the general BB population built players that way. The reason they built the players like that is because centers only have 4 primary skills to train which are IS, ID, Reb and SB. Guards on the other hand need 6 skills to train. Naturally the player with the 4 primary skills to train would have a lot higher skill level then a player that would 6 skills to be trained, thus you see many centers with legendary IS, ID and Reb.

Since there are so many centers being trained, the laws of supply and demand says that the price of those players will come right down when they are listed on the TL. This then created the new fab tactic of LI/M2M which could be reserved for another thread =P

In regards to PR managers, my general belief is that if you are winning all your games then you only need a lvl 2 PR since your fan survey will have mostly 5 balls. But if your are losing most or all of your games then a higher PR manager can significantly increase those balls in your fan survey hence increasing your arena revenue. I've had a level 2 PR manager with Career Extension for the last 2 seasons since my star SF turned 31 cos I felt the urge to prolong his tenure on the Aussie NT. He only had 2 skill drops in the last 2 seasons. In fact his salary increased this season as well to my amazement.
can't wait to see what skill drops next season when he is 34 years old.

Yeah I have also seen several of my players getting injured in the 1st quarter this season, including trainees which is annoying. But there is nothing a scrimmage or CUP couldn't fix =P. I just fix those minutes up with Thursday nights game.

Yea, I thought this was obvious. Too many morons trying to pretend the game isn't plagued with issues, they're only hurting the game in the long run.

I think people might take what you're saying more seriously if you did a more thorough job of explaining what exactly is wrong, and why it is breaking the game. Instead, you seem to state your opinions as if they were completely obvious. And when people tell you in detail where they disagree with you, you fail to reply, and yet continue to make the same baseless assertions.

The response that Big Dogs gave you about the high salary players was excellent. We've already discussed your lack of understanding of probability with respect to players "only getting injured in the 1st quarter".

As far as the overall economy, I think the this season has been quite stable, and that with the general rise in player transfer prices has offset the deflation and devaluation of training that was occurring after the free agent changes were introduced. And teams must be bringing in enough money, as bankruptcies are by no means widespread.

In terms of PR guys, I think everyone has their own opinion, but I don't think there's any strong understanding of the magnitude of their impact. But the fact that you don't see their value (but you provide not a single justification for that) doesn't prove they are broken. You could simply be wrong. Alternatively, you could be right, but you haven't persuaded me, given the lack of any data or evidence to back your claims.

So, you shouldn't be exasperated when people defend the game against what you claim to be "blatant flaws" when you haven't shown those flaws to be truly blatant.

If you want to see how a properly run game works, you can check out hattrick.

Yes, if by well-run you mean a game in which all the individual players are used for is to generate sector ratings and those ratings are what score and stop goals, sure. If you think that the entirety of a 90 minute game (nearly twice as long as BB) with 11 players per side (slightly more than double BB) can be accurately "simulated" by 15 weighted coin flips to see who gets a chance and then another coin flip to see if it scores, sure. If that is what you consider a well-run game, it's not worth anyone's time to even argue the other points with you.

On the other hand, I suppose since every player he has that makes more than 4k is on the TL, we can say that his strategy of not having a single player who has the relevant defensive skill for his position greater than the offensive skill is blatantly flawed.
