but see - this is the point - you KNOW that there will be by the time any drop... and you could EXPECT that there will be soon, so why don't hire a "fresh" same level trainer?

How could anyone expect a trainer drop 2-3 weeks after he already dropped? I think that's why people are having this discussion.And on top of that, the same could be said for the new level 9.

It's the same thing when i swapped Alain Dubois with Ybarra. At that point it was the wise thing to do, because Alain Dubois was a level 10 for a long period of time.
On the other hand Ybarra was just a level 9 for 1 week. Is it wise to switch to another level 9? In my eyes, no. I will have to pay his salary as a fee and i would have to wait 6-7 weeks to really save money, because the new trainer' salary was a bit lower. Did anyone expect Ybarra to drop within 2 weeks after? I doubt it. Are we therefore stupid? I highly doubt it.

And you didn't really clearly explained why it was stupid to not hire him. That was your point. Without the arguments to back it up though.

Well I don't think that after so much time would be 20k bad investment.. you could also expect that this staff issue will be programmed surprisingly:)

I doesn't mean that I don't accept your logic but I just don't care if I lose some money for keeping my good training
