In the end, Korea did qualify for next round of the Consolation Tournament. By an hair as we are #32 out of 32 teams qualified.Next Monday, for our last official game of the season, we'll play in France. I'm trying to appeal to their NT coach to let us win, but I'm not sure I will be convincing enough.A month ago, I fucked up a game against Portugal, but a month later, it appears that would have not changed much in the rankings. The team wasn't affected, the players and managers were.If my data is right, it's first time since Season 40 that we are qualified. We were close several times (#33 and #34).
And: great game Perpete, especially since MK Kim was allowed to participate. ;) Nice lineup even though the real SF was missing (what's the matter with DY Kang, getting old? Not motivated for scrimmages? He'll have a shot a the title (ok, maybe a medal) next season if he helps get his GS together. I guess I need to talk to his manager .. who's that again? ;)):)Haha, I focused so much on the statline of the big dogs that I didn't even notice that MK Kim playedAs for DY Kang, he tried his best to save his team from relegation and scored 142 points in threegames, but that wasn't enough sadly. Now that the season is over, he totally let go and went to KFC, knowing that his club career might not be as exciting as it was. He'll be back for the NT though.
