I think it has a lot to do with luck. The guy that won my league this season got an MVP at pick 16.

or the number of the pick you've gotten is wrong, or the draft didn't work like it supposed to. It's impossible that chooser one gets his first choice, chooser two his second, and so on til 48.

The team with the worst record should get pick No.1,17,33
The team with the best record (you in this case) should get pick No.16,32,48.
what is supposed to be wrong?

in the player page, you can see which draft pick it was, but not which choice it was.
so is normal that you pick exactly every 16 numbers, but to know which choice it was you have to wait for your championship draft result to appear.

me not, another bad pick with reference no.1 choosen. and it shows on draft screen before draft picking he has 5 star and 5 potential
all i get is very few respectable, little average and all blue color skill. hall of fame . . . his 19 . . . i feel bad.
