I’m a bit lost what you refer to. is it “And why should I not always play with an easy attitude?” and then you ask “who is saying that?”
No body is saying that, it was a question from me, sorry if it wasn’t clear enough. I guess your answer would be: you should almost always play with an easy attitude, right?

Depends on competition and how others managers manage that but I would say you should.

Does anybody know how much you drop if u play a Ct with level 10 enthusiasm?
And how long it takes to recover that?

I'm not sure but i think CTing drops your enthusiasm by 50% and TIEing raises by 33% ish. So you would drop to 5, then you'd have to TIE 3-4 games to boost it back up there.
