Buzzerbeater isn't a 24 hour a day job mate.

This is what I said...

Read it again. I said that you're active enough already and that you will save time by listening to others. I'm starting to think I was wrong....

Duke...no offense man, but you need a lot, and I mean A LOT of help with this game. Just from reading through some of your posts I can see you lack the knowledge necessary to manage a competitive team. I would listen to some of the advice others are giving you on this thread. As for my opinion, 1: Build, build, and build the arena some more. That way you can make more money. 2: Do NOT try to train several players at once. I did the same thing when I started and it set me back 2-3 seasons. I'd pick 1 or 2 young players with high potential and train them up. By the time your arena is at a decent level, your young players will be solid, and you can fill out the roster with vets and compete. My 2 cents.

Good...keep building. I promoted out of IV.20 a few seasons back. It will not be easy. In all seriousness...good luck to you.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you have already been told many times by experienced managers that buzzerbeater doesn't work like real life. You can take any head coach at NBA level and they wouldn't know the first thing about how this game works.

I will just say that there have been some past users that, if you were to tell me that it had been Isaiah Thomas running the account, I would not be surprised. ;)
