Its true that it should be explained exactly what experience entails to some degree. Does a more experienced player train better as well with age. Is he just a better player come 4th quarter and OT or is he a smarter player which takes affect over the entire game.

I'm not saying everything should be explain to the last detail but a general overlook would definitely be helpful about what it entails.

We all know what passing and jump shot do. We also all know how to train these. We cant train experience. It is about playing in as many games as possible and having the player play in national team games as well. that is basically yo my understanding the only thing really known about experience.

Please correct me if I'm wrong

You got to know when to hold em, know when to fold em, Know when to walk away and know when to run. You never count your money when youre sittin at the table. Therell be time enough for countin when the dealins done.

No-one has ever given an indication that experience matters for anything outside of the actual games.

The general overlook has been given, too: players with greater experience recognize good from bad shots better.

so this is the only thing experience is good for. His shot selection.

Well, Rebounding is only good for getting rebounds, no?

that would not be totally correct. A good offensive rebounder knows how to tip the ball in and a good defensive rebounder is usually in position because of his defense.

Dude, less.

If experience is that big of a factor, than I believe it should be detailed a little bit more than it is nowadays in the rules section.

I believe that experience rates on how much of a veteran the player is, and how good his role/composure on the court is.

then it should be renames years played.

or someone should give a LITTLE detail on what it does instead of having it be a complete guessing game.

i think its nice to have the idea of getting sponsors and woprking to honor that deal in whatever the agreement would be,

as a manager game the task at hand holds another thing for you to perform.

but as i said, this should be evaluated in the sense that it wouldnt change so much the economic side of things or if there is, the money wont matter much.

i want my team to have nike shoes for all of them :D just joking

Hi what a sponsors forum has with experience? lets focus on putting sponsers in the game (:

Exactly! I would appreciate it if everyone who is jabbering on about experience - particularly those users with the GM- prefix that really should know better - would cease immediately and instead discuss the various ways we could improve the bathrooms in our stadiums. I initially scoffed at this idea, but I have subsequently come to realize how important bathrooms are to the fans.

I can envision having private stalls for the bathrooms near the VIP seats, urinals (with dividers) for those patrons in the lower tier, and a big old trough for the folks in the bleachers. I'm not married to the idea of the trough for the bleachers, but, whatever they have, I don't want them to have walls because they'll just scratch graffiti into them and I'm paying my staff members enough each week as it is without having them have to go and remove graffiti.

As for the bathrooms for the locker rooms, there will be thrones. Each throne will have a corresponding crown. And two-ply toilet paper. Heck, maybe even three-ply. Though maybe the players could pool together their money for the toilet paper - that stuff doesn't grow on trees, after all.

I'm not sure what to do about the bathrooms for women. I think they might balk at the idea of a urinal or trough. Perhaps they'd be able to tough it out for a season or two so that I can take the time to raise enough money for more toilets? I suppose I could get my PR manager dude to conduct a survey. Though it would probably make more sense to have a female PR manager take care of that. That's probably a suggestion for another thread and another time.

Back to the bathrooms in general, I initially thought about piping an audio feed of the play-by-play in. But that's silly - this is a basketball arena. The bathroom experience is key. Maybe a little Enya would create a comfortable environment? Though I guess I'd have to pay some licensing fees for that. That probably isn't cheap. Maybe a recording of a waterfall instead? I think that might be highly successful.

One last thing that needs to be considered is where I'll get urinal cakes from. I'm not really sure how to approach this, but I'm open to suggestions.
