haha, hopefully other manager would do their part in training our players. don't be a nuisance, draft good players and sell them for good money. then when other country manager fail ruin their development, they try to sell it back to singapore, by the time Singapore team buy it back, the players is almost hopeless.
So far, you are one of few teams of Singapore (Bak Kut Teh, Xavis, Eric) that understood this part and has done your job very well. Unless your team are in the range of high draft pick, every start of new season always a worrisome ones for me as U21 manager.
