I have gone from $ 412,000 per week in player salaries to $ 208,000 per week. I cant take this money pit any more.

to what avail? I have been "waiting it out" for 8 seasons.

Oh, I could make the playoffs, but not sure I want to. Any player who has any value is gone.

Cause, Finisher players are playing 3 games per week, yours just two.

Finisher may have to gamble and stretch his roster thing to cover the 2 league games, may end up losing one of them and
his players stamina could drop too much and Finisher enthusiasm may run low and not recover in time for the post season.

Sure he will play his best line up against you, but as I said gamble and lose the other one.

The deeper Finisher run in the cup goes tougher the competition and bigger the toll is on his squad.

I don't know what your team set up is.

But if I were to give you my unrequested advice, it would be, work your team infrastructure.

For example invest in your Regions BJCC Legacy Arena, cause is underside for a Division 3 team, like by 5k seat minimum.

With a bigger arena and pricing it right you will have a lot more income to play with.

Consider trying investing in Tv & Radio station and or a Merchandise store those will help you get more income as well.

I don't know what your training is, but investing in GYM and Training court will help you.

Does what I'm doing myself this season, I recently retool my staff and cut off 50K weekly in expenses, not to mention cutting off 200k in salaries between 2 players, added a training court to help my team, once I'm able to adjust my income enough, I'm going for the Tv& Radio station, after that Merchandise store.

To me the name of the game is try to make as much money as possible once you have a the team figure out, that will give me more flexibility to get better players and not worry abut being in a money pit.

I door have training court, gym, and merchandise store. Maybe a TV tower would help.

Then you may want to consider expanding your arena size, cause at 14k I feel it is big enough, and with all the infrastructure you got going, you shouldn't be having a money pit problem.

If anything you should bring a decent amount of money, and your team has been having good seasons lately.
