He's got a bit of a chance at the NT when he's 24 or so, and with much better passing, but there are other top SF prospects also being trained. The U21s are a very real possibility, and then after that who knows.

My best rookie is about to pop in inside defense to proficient on friday. I plan to train his rebounding this season as well. I know he is only star potential but I'm going to make the most out of it.

Weekly salary: $ 4 678

Age: 18
Height: 7'0" / 213 cm
Potential: star
Game Shape: respectable

Jump Shot: pitiful Jump Range: average
Outside Def.: inept Handling: average
Driving: average Passing: atrocious
Inside Shot: respectable Inside Def.: strong
Rebounding: mediocre Shot Blocking: strong
Stamina: respectable Free Throw: awful

I can get him to 30-40k salary by the time he's 21 but he won't go much further after that. He was the only rookie I had worth training.

If you expect to train some 1vs1 or JS i advice to you to do it in SF-PF if you can do it, so he can improve his IS and it will give you a better performance for the future.

Also i advice you to train a bit of passing at the begining 1-2 levels and also train at the begining a bit of OD.

Anyway you got a good rookie to train for seasons ;)

This is my rookie now, after 1 1/2 seasons training:

Patrick Platthaus (13312224)
Center

Weekly salary: $ 11 126 [+ $ 6 148]

DMI: 142600
Age: 20
Height: 7'3" / 221 cm
Potential: perennial allstar
Game Shape: proficient

Jump Shot: awful(3) Jump Range: atrocious(1)
Outside Def.: mediocre(5) Handling: respectable(7)
Driving: pitiful(2) +1 Passing: respectable(7)
Inside Shot: respectable(7) +1 Inside Def.: prominent(10) +3
Rebounding: prominent(10) +4 Shot Blocking: proficient(9) +2
Stamina: inept(4) +1 Free Throw: strong(8)

He recieved skilltraining in 15 of possible 20 weeks. 4 weeks i was training jumpshot 1 week gameshape.

Still not that impressive for a Div.II Team though, but i'm convinced he will be my starting C someday. ;-) Still proud!.
