Beginner here! ;)

What would be the best training program for a 19 year old, MVP potential, Power Forward?

One on One forwards for a whole season at least is the go to training for every player if you have NT aspirations xD

I would personally go for OD then passing/JR/JS (for forwards) so I can focus on inside skills later on in their career. IMO it's more economical, because you'd rather have a 30k salary guard to play reverse patient rather than a 30k C playing point, unless you're tanking. Plus PFs would usually be on the taller side, so training skills like OD and JR when they're young would technically help with their training speed.

You can try coach Parrot for a more individualized training plan to maximize your player's training, but the above seems to be quite common among people who train for the NT based on my observations (I believe that's why I've been having a post player drought for some time at U21 level - most of the MVP and above players get trained to be like guards while those superstar and below are rarely trained). I can't complain because honestly that's how I would train a high potential post player as well xD

You don't even have a 19 yr old MVP on your roster.
But if you did....
1 on 1 Fs
1 on 1 Fs
1 on 1 Fs
OD
1 on 1 Fs
1 on 1 Fs
Rebounding
1 on 1 Fs
OD
1 on 1 Fs
OD
You need him to be able to start playing as soon as possible. Trying to get a perfect 48 is getting harder.
