Have we yet been able to determine if the random training goes to the same skill across all players being trained? That is to say has anyone seen a cross-training pop on two different players in the same skill in the same week? I guess I would assume that this is not the case, since it is random, but at the same time, can they really have 3 (or 6) guys on your team being trained in different skills? Not sure.

A few weeks back, I was training FT and had one guy get a CT pop in OD and another guy in ID, so it at least says that for team training types, it can go to different skills.

25y player I bought him 2days ago.

20/01/2012 Passing for PG
Tony Ramon ↑popped↑ in Jump Range from tremendous to wondrous .

It's my 2nd cross but I'm not so happy..I don't want jump in JR(this will be cost me +10-15k more) but..ok..what I can do ;)

Ups from cross-training hardly cost anything... He'll have been at a veeeery high tremendous before (and receiving the according salary) and now he's at a veeeeery low wondrous (and receiving the according salary).
You don't pay the difference of a full skill level. You just pay the zero point something that he has improved now...

Training my 18 year old C on RB and popped in passing:

Christos Kallas ↑popped↑ in Rebounding from respectable to strong .
Christos Kallas ↑popped↑ in Passing from proficient to prominent .

It's been twice this season that cross train pop a skill that is very close to pop regardless is high or low....
