that there is a technical problem, ok fair enough. but you are right. with the several extra staff you would expect 1 would be ready to check when the first training updates are sheduled. for that, in my mind, is no excuse acceptable... especially not after what happened last week.

The timing isn't the problem, it is that my welcome page states "coach reports that training is complete", while this is clearly not the case.

I'm kinda confused here as well. There is no problem just with delayed. The problem is that on new page is
Jason Meason reports that this week's training, which focused on Inside Scoring, is complete.
but actually nothing has happened, weekly stats, manage my team looks like it was before this statement appeared.

this is one of the reasons why, after 3 years, i didn't renew my support package....the game is getting worse instead of improving....under all point of view.
