Something is not going good to me. Way to get money:

a) Day Trading
b) Skill trading (less than in the past)

Atm if a manager is good on trading, he will be the best manager of his league.

Training is not worth/valued because prices are really low, is better you just train for your own needs, but not for selling, because you can buy for 300-500k a good veteran player. Anyway the market atm is going up

---------------

Economy is not a part of the game, it's the most important thing, it wasn't like this 10 seasons ago, but now it is.

Sadly, the tactics&training&players are just a secundary thing.

That's why after 17 seasons I'm thinking to leave this game... I thought it was about basketball, not economy

This game actually seems to be too hard for you anyway. No need to blame the economy in your own failure. Other managers, have managed their teams better.

My failure? Hard to me?

Who are you, sorry? Did not speak with you for 17 seasons, so I don't think we know each other that you can spend words on my situation whatever it will be.

You forget, that there are records of your club for 17 seasons. So everyone with a little time to browse, can actually know your situation.
True? False?

It is about basketball. But do you think a real bb club does not have an economy that they carefully has to think of? If your just in for the games any NBA game for x-box and playstation probably is better.

I work in a basketball team on my life (as trainer), so I know how economy works... and it surely doesn't work like that (Buzzerbeater) :-)
Never used X-Box or Playstation, sorry for that

Well, I don't think that could be "silly" use the NBA system about contracts. I try to explain like example:

$5,144,280
$5,375,760
$5,607,240-T
$7,070,730-T
Q-$9,191,949

This is Irving salary. I won't speak about Qualifying Offer or Team Option or what else, but.. I draft 1 player with a wage, max 3 seasons contract. After that I will renegotiate his contract like BB value decide (in order to skills improvements). I want him: new contract for max 3 season (salary growth, but not about skills improvements.. but contract year improvements). I don't want him. He will go in the market. This could be AN option, not THE option.. but, why don't think about changing something?!

It's all "motionless". Anyway it's my personal (and as I see, not only mine..) opinion about some economy problems. If I should stay everyday on transfer page, pop and sell, gain 100.000, do that for many times during the season.. it will be surely boring to ME, may be you or someone could have fun on doing this.

I personally prefere to have Oreste Codardo since season 5! See a player that I drafted, growing and be an important part of my team for 15 seasons. I even see that a 19 years old bought at 2.1M and trained for 9 seasons (until last season) now has a transfer market between 500.000 and 650.000, this is silly :-) but it's only a personal opinion, as I've said, without speaking about my "incompetence" as the Estonian coach would think of me (I've been relegated from II to III with 11 injuries and doctor with lvl5.. unlucky.. not incompetent, I think.. after that I'm not interested so much in this game, if not only for National Team)

Records do not show many things, but the most important thing they do show is team success. That is the only thing we can measure managers by. There aren't any "rich" clubs in BB. You don't have a choise of selecting Siena or Varese (for example) when you start. Any manager who starts the game, can be the head of the most successful club in their country. It just takes a lot of patience and time.
I understan injuries can mess up one season, but you really did not provide solid play even after relegation.

Actually you don't need to daytrade to do well in this game. I think it's safe to say really small minority can effectivly daytrade currently.

9 seasons ago 2.1mil was not really that much for a small country NT trainee. Managers were loaded with cash then. What did you expect? That you would get 5mil back, even if he is in his 30-s already? I saw some excellent trainees go for 3mil+ at the season start. There is a really slim chance that you make profit on those fellows with lvl7 trainer and salary increases. Even if you train for your own team, that's too much money spent. There is a bunch of young talent, waiting to be picked up, with bargain price, on the TL.
As for the contracts suggestion. This has been suggested many times before, surely being around all these seasons, you are familiar why contracts similar to real life just can't work good in an online game. Just like loans and trades would mess this game up completely. Current TL has it's flaws, but it seems to be the fairest way to handle player movement in the game currently, changing that to contracts would be an obvious downgrade.
