Only positive addition i see is that there will be holes in teams, instead of 5 man wall. In highest leagues it should make teams more competetive.

Money management wise no matter the conditions things will balance out (you always choosing between player maket devalvation against getting it basicly for free and paying higher salary).

But how about NT? It makes bigs even 150 tsp close to worthless. It somewhat devalues training and will increase farming.
To tackle this issue i think BB should really think of lowering salaries just abit, maybe 10%.

Too many

Centers are less valuable for club teams, especially while developing, since JS needs to be limited while for guards you can have 20+JS +20+ IS with very, very managable salary. It limits the usage and basicly freezes salary cap space. There are 3 options: rise through leagues like crazy, sell donors (other trainees) or go full farm mode The latter ruins game experience for most managers, since trainers prices are overinflated.

But good addition of this upade is that it will be less hard to compete with these centers as opponents will be weaker in some positions

If BB is fixing "illogical" problems, then why not fix all Nikola Jokic type players and counter wise? It is absurd for centers PA is basicly free, top guards have way lower PA than centers. It is illogical to have good shooting centers also.....especially now, when everybody is shooting 3's....

Personally i think the main issue about gameplay and tactics was just salary and cap algorythm. That should have been fixed instead.

Attendance algorithm fix means more money for all teams who are not tanking.
Give money back to players who are training players.
Stop staff salaries from increasing every week.
MORE MONEY FOR ALL PLAYERS!!!

BB is a deep more economy than basketball simulator

So we should take abig picture. What makes or breaks the game is NT teams. They influence how hard/ profitable is to train players, how expensive the yougths are, what is the value of final product and failures/donors. This subsequently influences ALL game aspects. That is why i believe we should build game Top->down, not the way we doing it now....

Fixing and making more involving, more euqal oportunities to not even make top prospects, but to profit from them for the more teams would make everybody happy.

To achieve this it is mandatory top players should cost top. Top leagues should feed lower ones, but these days it seems that farms feed top leagues by making players dirty cheap. That makes game just broke and not enjoyable anymore, that is why we had users decrease from 45k to today numbers.

So solutions are to lower salaries, or increase income for ALL the teams. And many, many more changes, especially regarding the staff and training.

I think that this exhaustion change is a great news for the game and for several reasons.

1.First things first, we would be able to still afford this kind of monster salary players (>245k), but in orden to have some economic stability teams would be able to have just 1 or maybe 2 depending on what are you willing to spend . What its unreasonable its pretend to have 3 or 5 player of that caliber in your roster.

2. If you really want to have 3-5 monster player you would be able to afford them, but you will have to pay the economic consecuences be losing huges amounts of money. This happens in real life when an NBA team goes beyond the luxury tax, you can do it but it has a price.

This GE change means that the game would shift? Yes, it does and its normal most or the games evolve from time to time. BB has been almost the same for many years, but we cant cry because we are lazy to adjust because this change would give something new trying to figure it out how to be the best team possible but in a different way.

This is just my oppinion, but i think its clear that players would be still affordable and this should refresh the game, trying to create new bulilds of player that are as much efficient as posiible but at a lower salary.We have a season to adjust, and with the minutes changing on those players who gets affected be the change should maintain possible to train 3 player. We need to switch the way that superteams are build, having more depth ir orden to reduce the exhaustion effect.
