And it's probably why you're on your way back down Axis!

When I eventually do promote i'll have the youngens take me as far as I can go

Nah, I'm going down cause I choose to. I could've chosen to stay there for a while. My team was good enough and I was earning a decent income too.

Okay, but was your team getting better? Was there progression?

I honestly think I would lose interest in this game if all I was training was GS

Yeah I was (100-200k/week over the season), but the leech of 3.6 sucked too much out of me to be competitive quickly, so demoting and re-promoting is a better option.

If HAX comes back to 3.6 i will probably have to start seeing a therapist.

Lol, to be honest, I think if I come back to this league, I'll just demote again. Being in the league and fighting to get out was an amazing learning experience, but I'm sick of "learning"!!

That does hurt, and everyone has been talking you up saying this is your season.

The good news is that all three team trainings (stamina, free throws and game shape) affect the entire team even those that are injured. I don't know how effective they are on guys that play 0 minutes. Naker would know.

I thought for team training everyone gets 48 mins regardless of actual game time.

That is correct. Perhaps I was unclear. Game shape training is very effective, I am not sure how effective it is with players who get no minutes though.

It is still quite effective even if players don't play any minutes. But if you do it repeatedly over several weeks then expect a bit of a drop still.
