Ok Ok it's not my problem. But it's strange. Any user should upgrade own players and no matter if he is in Nt or not. Strange for me is situation, that without NTcoach your users doesn't develop any players. Like i said. Not my problem. Good luck with reconstruction. I hope Italy will back soon. that's true to a limit. NT requires "something more" and you don't do that unless pushed and followed. Jericho did well in first mandate, a little less in the second while his third and Sedo's were awful under development perspective, the tough part of a coach (running an existing team is not so complex).
as happened in U21 before my mandates, we relaxed on consolidated practices while world was changing around us and it was becoming tough to compete (despite good results, but always "a bit more difficult"). revolution was tough and bleedy, but proficient. The problem is that 21y players were disregarded just when out of U21, and we were missing some "strategy" to design the team. Add a couple of players not kept in good GS and the sad goodbye to Turbato.
