Thanks Well the penalty for tanking is less ticket sales. I reckon I have lost about 10000 a week . My jersey sales are also absolutely zero.
Promoting from the fourth league isn´t very hard. Last time I promoted with the second season and had a loss-less season as well (https://buzzerbeater.com/league/17681/overview.aspx?season...). You just have to want it and do the work.

It´s called consolidation. Fourth league teams can´t be demoted because there is no fifth league. In my Estonian third league I made it to the playoffs, but got shuffled to another league anyway. First and second league teams don´t get consolidated. I don´t know whether everyone will be shuffled from this league. But I guess we can´t become BFFs, because there is a lot of change. This news explains it:

"Mid-season announcement: Team consolidation for all leagues!
For our Utopia users, this is nothing new and has been implemented from the start, making sure teams are grouped with as many other human controlled teams as possible. Since we already give human teams total priority in promotion (over bot teams), we decided to implement this new team placement starting this offseason!

Of course, there are some other aspects to this:
1. Top league teams won't be affected, of course.
2. Most human teams will change their current league and move laterally to new leagues of the same division - but now they will play mostly human opponents!
3. To offset possible losses of income, we will match the promotion awards for all promoted teams - no matter whether they are playoff winners or just promoted due to available empty slots!
4. Fresh and newly signed up teams will be placed in leagues populated only by bots or other such teams - to make sure they don't get overwhelmed right off the bat. We consider all teams 1 season or younger "fresh"

We hope you will enjoy this new initiative to make BB more competitive and fun!"

Number one draft pick has only 52 skillpoints, was hoping more for a 19-year old. Disappointed, MVP potential, which is the lowest for a 5-star potential player (can´t shoot free throws either). At least my second pick is a superstar, but only with 50 total skill points. All my draft picks are from a very close geografical region and speak a slavic language-Macedonian, Belarusian and Bulgarian.

Wow! An 18-year old legend with a salary of 3464. I certainly didn´t find him. How did you find him @Lutzerath Wizards II? Do you mind sharing how many skill points he has? Are they distributed well?

I had forgotten that a player who has the potential of 10 is called "hall of famer" in English and not a "legend" as in the Estonian translation. So I made a mistake.
