I never saw when arich team had tried to take the same player a team from lower division wanted to have.

It does happen, a lot. And the reason is because most managers can afford to purchase players they can't maintain.

I don't think that this is the only, and the most recent case where top teams battle with average teams for the same players.

When i look at my teami would say Jacot, Gianfresci, Llyons, Qualtinger (and Dincmen) could be attractive to 3rd division team too, but was also part of several quite succesful B3 runs the past seasons. They would have a different role, and i don't expect to get in a bidwar for Dieckhoff or Nishnianidze with a 3rd division team.

In the real-world it does not happen.
Here, it happens only when:
1) The player is not gonna be the main player of the rich team, but just a role-player while for the other team he is gonna be a main player.
2) The lower division's user does not know what he is doing and he is on the road for bunkrupt.

Also in the real world, if a team from an unknown land will give a player a contract which is much higher than any NBA team, and for a long period, he will go to there.

You know a lot about everything!!

I wasn't referring to the real world. I was referring to BB. BB is loosely based off real world basketball, but it can't maintain the exact same setup, because it is a video game.

Once again - this is not a based claim.
Saying "this is X and so A is not B" is not a proof of anything. it is just a way saying "It is not because I don't what to believe that it is so" or something like that.
