True for a club..but i still have NT worries.

for example:
what if i get mail like this:

"........... has played 64 mins this week and will be trained at ............ Can we put him on squad from this week ?... it is hard to pay the wages and keep/train NT lvl players. Hope my income rises if .....has a call. For sure his GS will be good from now on as i told u ;) "

He's gonna sell this player in the future? No? Lets pretend that this player has great value for NT. Now, i have no concern about his future. In fact, as NT coach - i can buy him if he will be on TL.
But next season?

We must remember that most players in NT are well paid. It's hard keep them in one club for many seasons. Changing BBclubs is normall situation. Why this has to be connect to NT game shape?

I like the idea of team chemistry modifier as a new variable for GS of each player that someone proposed. It would affect how player performs in his new club without affecting NT's.
But if such feature for some reason is not in play I definetly prefer GS hit from enthusiasm hit.

First of all enthusiasm hit makes no sense. Why would whole team play worse because one new player joined the team, even lineups that does not include that player? That makes no sense to me.

There were many more reasons posted why entusiasm drop is not a good idea so I will add only one other that was mentioned briefly in one of previous posts but nobody really expanded on it and i think it's an issue important enough that it merits to expand on it.

It's buying scrubs to fill the roster for scrimmages.

If buying a player would result in enth hit that would force managers to either

a) field your regular rotation players in scrimmages
b) always carry 2-3 extra scrubs on the roster to play in scrimmages.

Option A would make managing minutes of your star players even more difficult and in some cases pretty much impossible to sustain high GS
In Option B salaries of those additional scrubs would add to the total cost of training. With current prices on TL it's very hard to make a profit on training as it is and with this additional cost it would make it almost impossible.
