I'll add merchandise store as well

merchandise store:
level 1 costs 5K per week is income is 10K a week which is 5K profit a week
level 2 costs 10K per week, income 17,500. which is 7,500 profit per week
level 3 costs 15K per week, income 23,750 which is 8,750 profit per week

Assuming you take all levels immediately
level 1 breaks even after 101 weeks
level 2 is profitable after 108 weeks and is more profitable than level 1 after 122 weeks
level 3 is profitable after 116 weeks and is more profitable than level 2 after 162 weeks

So basically if you see yourself still playing the game in 3 years the 1mil Arena is the way to go.
Unless you are super committed and will be playing in 5 years than it's the 4mil Arena.

Regarding the merchandise store.
Wasn't there some difference in how much it was making for teams? So basically not the same number for everyone? Depends on how much of a homegrown team you have and so on?

Yeah basically.
I am saving for the 4 mil arena personally.
But that's because I expect to play this game for a long long time and besides that it wil also give me the added bonus of having a higher revenue which means I can add more salary without paying overextension tax and while still making a profit.


Homegrown is a different part of the merchandise, has nothing to do with the store or the arena both are fixed added income for having them.
Before the merchandise breakdown we have now we thought it was different for everyone but that was because we could only see the merchandise total which can be different each week anyway.

Dumb question: If I build a gym at 500k and then I destroy the gym how much money I have back?
I read here and there that I will take back 500k but on Game Manual I read that I will have just the half of the price, so in my exemple just 250k.
Where's the truth?

Actually a great training facility
I had TV station level 3 for like 15 seasons now, just out of curiosity. I can firmly say it helps if you're losing a bit. The attendance doesn't drop as sharply as without one, and max attendance is easier to achieve, helps with stability
