Not really true. For one, you really cannot get a salary that high with a 1-skill monster (I direct you to
(46657.42)). Beyond that, training a monster isn't very efficient since the low relative level of other relevant skills will slow the training down--at least this is the accepted logic.
He's just been trained very effectively from the start.
