Thanks. He is already on the tracking list. One of our U21 scouts should have contacted already. If not, please let me know via BB-mail.

Just saw this message - sorry I did not reply sooner. I believe you were in contact with me via BB-mail? My recommendation was to sell the player, since you are a new team and probably not in a position to train him effectively. In any case, thanks for getting in touch. I have added him to the tracking list.

you've got mail.

Thanks - you will notice that he is prominently mentioned in this thread as the #3 PG 19 year old prospect in the country: (121627.1). I'm guessing you will be training him as a SG, though? Is there any way to convince you to train him as a PG? We always seem to have a log jam at SG.

Of course Pusher, you know that this guy is a damn good player and of course he should make the U21 :D....... Though I have not been able to get a skill pop in anything but stamina XD. I hate it how mid height players are harder to train (in my opinion, don't know if this is true).

Yes I am using a lvl 4 trainer...... problems have occured though....

Usually I could not train because one of the trainees got injured or the minutes were not all 48 XD... last Friday (Jan 8) was the only week that I got to train haha :)... and i still didnt get a skill pop... instead my PG and SG both got skill pops XD.... sadly my SG's height is 6'0 and PG is 6'3 haha....

I am making him an SF haha.... :)

I actually picked up a German with a similar skills set + height and have had 3 pops in 2 weeks. So I don't think height is the issue here.

I kind of wish you had sold him (as you know, I was willing to buy him if you had listed him for less money). It looks like he is languishing on your team... If this continues, he will not make the U21.

Your issues with training are probably mostly that he is not getting enough minutes at the training position (the drop is not linear for less than 48 minutes). Other possible reasons were outlined by AM and chris above.
