Again and again and again:

Implement a training camp at the begin of a new season where you can train stamina or free throws for a price in relation to your league (e. g. the amount of a TV contract). Just as an option, but I guess most users would use it.

1) Improves training system, makes better players because you no longer have to waste regular training for stamina and free throws.

2) Reduces inflation.

I have been suggesting this for years now. It's a small, still smart change IMHO.

I really like this suggestion. It is something that I never sacrifice training, always seeing other opportunities each week. As a result NEVER have good FT or stamina. It would help new users as they too need to have stamina and FT training. But I think FT training should be a sub skill to all shooting training anyway. Link it to JS training. Not a high jump, maybe 0.25 or similar. Having a guard with 21JS and 4 FT is not realistic.

i agree it is not smart. My point is it is not realistic. Someone who trains their JS shooting becomes a better shooter. The FT line is no exception.

I agree there's no guide on how to train players big or small for any real purposes beyond selling them. You just go with your gut and a level 4 trainers mostly. Nothing on player skills for tactics to achieve proper form for them, no decent discussion., i see alot counter productive arguments though .

I have no idea what doing or I'm training for beyond meeting salary floor and keeping taxes at bay. I feel so hopeless with my team and waiting on training results every friday to be positive and I feel like, I've wasted my chance to promote with my youth.

I see theres a mentor program, I really don't want to start over. This game is way too hard for any first time casual player.
