Is that time exactly after the games are over or before? I am trying to get the adjust local time to that time.

During.

For East Europe and Asia, the game would have just finished. In other words, it's the time when the most people are on.

If you have a good player then he will fetch a decent price almost anytime....

Don't listen to him - he just wants less competition :)

No, really, the difference is that if you don't sell him during the time I said, you get minimum price. If you sell him during the time I said, you get maximum price for your guy.

Well if you are selling average players then its going to boil down to luck more than the right time of day..... good luck!

Good, but not great. If you want gems, draft high-potential players.

Also, to prove that I know when to sell players, I'll tell you my most recent transfers.
