Every single team in the BB universe has the same coach. You can only change your trainer.

Yes, take ALL the credit! You set the line-ups. You set the substitution pattern. You manage the team's finances, roster, hospital bills, public relations.... All the players have to do is go in the game when the coach tells them to and practice once a week. And you pay them for all of that ;)
