I had a player loose a stamina while injured and it turned him from a SG into a PG. But who cares? I know he's a SG, everyone who sees his stats would instantly know he's a SG not a PG and I can play him where I like without penalty.

On the subject of players changing positions... I am leaning towards training inside skills for a while longer and was wondering what people thought of this player... is 6ft 11 too tall for an effective SF? He is my only tall guy that i want to give as much training as possible to but only if its going to be effective. By training Outside Def i imagine he will pop overtime in Inside Def and also I expect a pop soon in Inside shot... im sure somewhere down the line he will get some rebounding training as well meaning he will only be poor in Shot Blocking.... or am I better off listing him and reinvesting in someone shorter and more of a natural Inside player...

I play my 7 footer (2m16) tonight at SF position.
I don't think it is a problem game wise in BB. Anyway I didn't notice it yet.

As for training, you train inside stuff, so it's even better to have a 6'11 on the SF position (if you train your SF along), since bigger guys train faster at inside stuff (especially for rebounding it is best to train the biggest guys since they advance fastest, unless I misunderstood the rules. Also his other inside skills help him, is he has good inside skills already, and you train him inside, he will improve faster)
Reverse is also true: people who train outside stuff and include SF i their training positions should play a rather small SF...

So I'd say stick to the guy.
:)

In the end the diffrence won't be THAT big I think, especially not on short term, but hey, it sure won't hurt!

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.
