Why not? Now actually we have some managers that care and know what they are doing. I am not expecting for example any bot teams this season, like every season that i am on CBBA.
In my 1st season it was like 2 decent teams and then the chaos. Now we have 4-5 teams that can content for the title
the thing is that for the tc contract the average is displayed the teams in your league get last Update ;) So you have a combination of first and second league tv contract, which will egalize in the first week.
