Still in the NT roster. But that is not the problem since I think is a good idea to keep them in the U21NT. We need to remember that managers should be triggered to train their players. Not everyone has the passion and the idea of trainning 18 year olds week after week. To be fair, most of the teams of the CBBA tend to give special attention to their young talents but until when? The problem is that the teams in the bottom of the league table are trying really hard to remain in the league and thus cannot afford to use youngsters except from the friendly matches.Based on the above the maximum they can train are up to 2 trainnes since at the same time tehy are trying to make their starting line up stronger. This is also the reason why we dont have many super players not just the fact that the community consists of not more than 73 active teams.
After a lot of thinking I realised since the issue of being fair or not doesnt stand, then the managers that actually care need to be triggered. If not then most teams will sell a few of their young talents either for money or because they cannot afford to train them. So we end up with good cyprus players being trainned in foreign teams. But then again why should anyone care since in this way the players will become much stronger rather than if they remained in the squad of a low budget bottom half cypriot team. Should we care? I believe we should, some people might believe otherwise.
Trigger the managers to work harder. It is just an idea. What does our NT U21 coach believe? What do you managers believe?

If they gave them away then NT will lose enthusiasm witch is precious.

About the work, me and Steve we approach every new manager, or manager that has young talented players, giving them advices how to train etc. Asking them every week about the players progress. Steve Makis said that is on his last tenure as a Cyprus NT coach. So we need the more experienced managers to step up and fill is large absence when he will leave.

enthusiasm is the only reason why they are still in.

managers are followed step by step in the growth of their players. and it as been like this for 5 seasons ( since steve got elected for the first time) we advise and adivise, but not all are willing to listen to us. but the results are out there: JhonnyB's players was 18 y.o., in the roster of a fresh promoted team when he started to train them and they are on NTs now, same for atmatzidis of tassos. these user listened carefully and got results.

other did not listened and we got talented players that got lost.
many good players end up in bot teams, and luckly were freed ( in the way you seem to do not appreciate) and they are now the bones of our NTs.
some players are sold, and go away to become strong. what is the problem in that? JhonnyB's Yiannakakos was not drafted by him, but purchased on the market, he wante dto keep a cypriot in cyprus, but we can not expect them all to be kept home. abroad there are wider opportunities of training, especially for one position training, what is the fault in such system?

First: as Mod-JohnnyB said I can't dismiss them because I will lose enthusiasm and I can't... we are 4th on our pool, so we are still in the run to reach an incredible 2nd place (hard... like impossible, but we will try, so we have to be interested to our enthusiasm)

Second: JohnnyB trained many players (Karalikos, Papanogiotou, Gagalatos, Yiannakakos, Mpatsilanis, Katsis, Kerkidis), TassosC trained as well (Atmatzidis, Kopanidis, Eftaras, Papanogiotou, Rovolas, Galanakis, Solonas, Ntalakas, Fantridis, Totsis), MikyOne too (Velouchiotis, Akoulis, Mpotinos, Solomos, Karsiotis, Pararas, Dimidou, Prokas, Karamanos, Daravanis), Moti (Feloukas, Mastroyiannis, Sfaliaridis, Papazisis)

Johnny and Tassos won a championship, moti was close to the cup 2 times, Miky is now third on his division (last season was 2nd). They train since the beginning learning from rules, forum and my advices... many others are now, only now (this season and the past one), interested on train their own players for his team, for National team and for creating a good player anyway to sell! We lost some seasons...

I speak english, not greek or turk, it's not easy for me interact with everyone, but I try to do my best. Anri14, Assiotis, Maxibon, thessalonikios, Recep were contacted by BB-Mail as many other... they answer me and train their own players... they are growing for their team and maybe NT in the future.

We have 73 people 10 upon 70 is good and it's 14%, 14% of 1000 is 140... 10 users interested in the game which wanna train their own players and understand the game for winning are really different from 140 users for this game, on my opinion.

We try to speak with new people... sometimes they heard me, sometimes not. You had theories that could be good for your team (sometimes), but not for creating real good players (you told me that you stop training Mpanis for one week because you have to train guards, or something like that... right?). Dr. Kyriakos has 3 players of national interest Kalifoulis, Lemonitis, Plexidas when they were 19, he told me that he wanna try big men... now these players can't be recruitable, because they hadn't be trained for a season! 14 weeks! Some others still trains 3 positions, cause they think they are right... they're loosing time... I told them... they don't wanna listen to me, so... what can I do? Kill them? :-)

Third: before you or someone other ask me WHY IS Thanassis Kokkalidis on NT? Because I've made a mistake... I wanna offer for him and I click on the wrong botton (recruit) so he's now on NT and he will stay here until we will be on the competition, just to preserve our enthusiasm. Sorry for my mistake!

As I said before I am not against keeping these 18 year old players in the national team. This is actually a trigger for their managers. Secodnly Demis did not get a week training to open one more position in my training to build my starting line up. You disagree with this but let me remind everyone that we the smaller teams in the bottom of the cbba need to work our starting line up aswell to keep being competitive. Otherwise we will fall in division 1. We do not have the power house of Gold towers or megalonisos or even bc teammate and cyprus fighters, tp team and passific agreesive. We need to work with the starting players and thus cannot give all our attention to our trainees. It is not as simple as you want it to show. For example I now have 3 trainees which I want to train. I have to weaken my starting line up to train all 3 of them week after week. Otherwise I have to sell one which I will not do. I am willing to work with my trainees and bring them to a competitive level. Maybe they will not be in the NT. But I will work with them hard and if they dotn make the NT I will then see the benefit of my team.
As for the coach of the NT U21 (not Steve) I rest my case. No comment.
I am not going to argue regarding the NT anymore. I leave the matter to the ones that are responsible for our NT. Apparently I do not have the experience or the skill to talk about my NT and have opinions Thecippis. So I will no longer argue. Period.

What you are missing here man is that i was on the same position with you on the past. Cyprus Fighters didnt born as a power house. Gold Towers the same. BC the same. ( I dont count Passif or Megalonisos. They should dominate the CBBA but i guess that they have there own ways). We built our power through the training, arenas, and a few but wise buys from the market.

Our friend Thomas (Bros) is listening. Now he had a nice young guards to built his future as a team, 1 very good big man and 3.5M to buy an other one. I really having hard time to understand why you cant do the same. Its a long term game, so try to built step by step.

So let me get this straight Gianni, you believe that my team is not strong enough to be in the CBBA? Or even that it is not strong enough to compete with the rest of the teams here? If you observed correctly the team has grown stronger and pretty fast. And furthermore my team will get even more stronger and comp0etitive. You believe that my players dont get any trainning, you are absolutely wrong.
Secondly just look at the midage of your players. As for BC teammate I explained to you before why he turned to be a power house. He neglected the age of the players, bought some older ones but nery good players and now he will reborn his team by selling the older ones and building one the young players he has and the ones he will buy. You fail to see that BC teammate only has 8 good players while the rest are much below average. My teams players are all close to each other on skills. Each manager picks a tactic he wants to follow and goes with it.
As for Bros dont tell me what he has done and what he hasnt done cause I helped Thomas build most of the players you see in his team. I helped him sell his previous team (which was tragic) and rebuild it to what it is now except from aranzana. I spent hours looking for the right players for Thomas to make his team competitive from where which he would increase his strenght easier. Your tactics are to buy one very good player (3M or so). My tactic was to make his team competitive at start so that he would WIN games (players of 1M, 1.5M or less) and from there to start buying very very good players (3M or so). Which of the two is right, you decide.
Gabriel Xarpel if I am not mistaken I picked him out for Thomas and we both agreed to buy him. I spent hours trying to help my friend looking in the transfer market for cheap, good players with potential for him that fitted his team. So please dont tell my about Bros.
I understand that Thomas went a long way in this game and I am proud. And he will go even higher just like Xristos (ekleptismenoi) and me. It is a long term game I know that very well. More changes are to become to my team to reach the level I want. Time will be my judge whether I build my team correctly or not.
