+/- 10% , at least according to some salary calculators and the salary of some of my players that are not trained
also looking at some national teams there is sometimes a big discrepancy between DMI and salary, and I think that might be due to a mono-skill monster or a good rounded player.

your thoughts?

maybe training, but the dmi is in my eyes based on the salary formula, so that you could have betwenn 10-11* of the "actual" salary in dmi.
