I was thinking along the lines of a 3mo. I do agree w/ Jelme that being on the team is the biggest prize yet there are many new/foreign managers that will care less how the US does for multiple reasons

He looks very nice. Very well rounded. I'd say for him to have a good shot at making the U21 you should concentrate primarily on JS and OD next year. My PG was about the same level 1 higher in JS and OD, 2 Higher in PA. As I made a PG I would advise you to make him into a SG and slowly get his passing to 8. I would also try to train single position more efficiently playing him 48 minutes at the training position once a week. Great job so far!

He also needs a lot of FT remedial work. To me, I'd think he should have at least 4 or 5 FT, especially if he winds up going point guard.
