Who the hell is one balling those enthusiasm answers. I tryed to even those up a bit.
Enthusiasm, game shape, minutes (depending on stamina) will have effect on rating the most (in that order and playing the same position). Ofcourse opposition level will have some effect aswell. Playing way out of position will crash the rating.
