the potential don't make training faster, it just stops at a later point


Yes, i missed this point, or i should interpret as a 229cm tall big man trained by the highest level trainer to get sharp training result, who knows whether 2 grades up may happen?

there are sometimes rumours that they had happen, but nothing with proof but i think the probability is very very low if they exist.

Edit:
And only when training has a (big) random factor in it, else you would hve consistent up every week when training it, because skill raise had to be higher then one. Sometimes i believe it is not totally free from random, but this argument against it comes to my mind after posting my answer.

Well, a 229cm tall Center that's trained by a World-Class (7) trainer at Shot Blocking? Why not?

agree with you, add one more condition to support it.

such as shot block at atrocious (1) only & related skills were well developed (e.g. inside defense = 10).
