I thought skill cap applies to every single skill not player skillset.
Are you sure about information you provided ?

Yep. I cant tell you that the numbers that i am giving are 100% accurate, but they are really close. Maybe some skills have more effect, but in general from my experience are good guide for the salary/potential.

I dont have the experience to tell you that if one player is ''caped'' will be be able to trained on the 2ndaries. They are some salary calculators that shows how a pop up on skill is affecting the salary.

Some friends that are training all around players saying that on that case those estimations could be wrong, and those all around players will ''cap'' on lower salary.

Some explanation here. We have the soft cap=when the developing of a player is slowing down considerably. Hard cap=When the player just cant get better at all.

Thanks, that helps a lot. Next question: do players train faster with higher potential? Or does everyone train the same speed until they reach their caps?

How much slower does it go after the cap is reached? Is it a fixed amount like 50%, or does the trainingeffect slowly decrease the further you get away from the cap?

I dont have the experience either, but what i can say training an Allstar potential C, the highest salary that i saw without * and same potential is 80k. That means around 2 pop ups more on the primary skills.
