It's the usual drop. It's hard for the finances of a team to sustain the salary of a player(maybe also big) when your team is out of the playoff and you have any incomes for 2 or 3 weeks. So,if a user want to sell a player,he has to drop the price of that player to attract a buyer. It's a market rule, you can use well or not the possibility that it gave

The salary difference is offset a bit by merch revenue, depending if the player is home grown and if he is on an NT.

Also, as I said, I noticed this drop before the transfer deadline. While for sure some players were still selling at high rates in advance of the transfer deadline, for the most common type of player I did notice a drop in price.

Finally, I shopped at this time of year last season and while there may have been a difference, it was no where near the same level as this season.

I'm hoping to drop my first starting players (players I got at the beginning of my career) and replace them with good strong defending scorers..Thats the best kind of player there is, eh?

Are you serious? Good shooters who can defend well are good players?
How could I not see that...

We have both said a lot of things that you are going to regret.

the merch revenue is the same of the other weeks, the other incomes drops ;D
And you have to see the prices of the market in the pair of weeks before the start of playofss, when very often the most important movements are made by the teams(it's difficult that a team who want to buy a player for the playoff has only a plan about a plaer whose auction will end near to the trade deadline)

I remember you from the other thread where you undervalue the merch impact of things like player from your country and NT players. I sold a player like that last week, I can tell you that the effect is quite noticeable.

Your message was about the prices of a team whose players are on sale. No surprise that it was deleted
