you were skipped over because you were actually suppose to be relegated last season.. but because you were in the bottom division, you weren't.. and then you got bot promoted, which rarely happens since we bot promote teams that finish higher in the standings first. However, because there are so few people in your country you were bot promoted even after relegation.
Anyway, we fixed the loophole, you should have your money now.. and in the future teams shouldn't fall through this loophole i did it right.
