Come on...
It used to be explicit that it was available after the all-star game but after last season's issues.........
This game could really use some transparency when it comes to how management/staff approaches the game macros. When the draft is published alters how one approaches a season's second half, especially now with the extra scouting options. Just let the users know what is going on and it's one less than thing that may alienate people.

last season was available on the sunday after the ASG. the season before (28) was available about the middle of the second intraconference game set. and so on...
so chill. there will be enough time to study draft.
