Current African Champion (6 times in a row actually) Angola is still missing. It's not like they don't have internet there.

I strongly believe that with a little buzz on some local foruns it would be a country that quickly reaches 50+ users. And they really really love basketball over there.

Will the Cayman Islands come with a secret $10,000,000 bank account for each team too?

To clarify, here is what one of the news post earlier this season said.
What is also true is that we are indeed running low on the number of countries to expand into, although some of you did email us with some suggestions of countries you'd like to see. It is a difficult balance to draw when selecting a new country, as we have to keep in mind both the potential growth of the country and the structure of the national competitions. Future off-seasons may not include expansion into new countries (sorry flag collectors) though we will keep an open mind and make our final decisions about expansion each offseason and not before.

While it is still possible that the BBs will reconsider, to me it looks like it isn't happening this season (meh).

Internet usage statistics (http://www.internetworldstats.com/stats1.htm) would imply that Angola might not be the best target for African expansion, but really what's most important to us is that there is a core group of managers to get things started.

but Angola is africa Basket nation, they won 10 of the last 11 african championships^^

PS: after your stats it is still, they still have the 6th most user online in africa even when they didn't grow so fast like other nation(but have potential to do so)

It does not seem to make much sense to add a country that won't end up being used.

But thats surely been the case with a lot of the more recent additions?

Thanks for your reply.

I'm not sure if it works that way or the other way around.

First create the country and then call the managers or first call the managers ask them to register and make them wait before they can start playing (not sure if this motivate people). Not sure how it works for you?

I believe this can be done and I'm willing to help in every aspect I can. And like Crazy-Eye said they are crazy about basketball so I believe you guys should give it a try.

I already see at least twenty countries without very much sense with this criterion

...and if BB believed in those countries when created...why create more..?

But, it would be nice with new working countries for sure.
