Am I reading that right? Everyone gets 15 weeks of scouting this season instead of 14?

If so, I am not sure that I like the implementation. Why not just skip a week? This seems to give an advantage to people who were late to the scouting party.

Based on the schedule posted above, which you said was correct, I'm still not seeing where this is 16 weeks. So far we have received scouting points for 13 weeks. The Sept. 20 update will mark the 14th week and Sept. 27 the 15th week. So is the money spent on Oct. 4 counting toward this season's draft or next season?

Either way is fine, but the statement that the schedule above is correct and that we are going to get 16 weeks worth of investment into scouting simply don't fit together.
